DDFinance is happy to announce that we have signed a service provider agreement with We Effect East Africa. Through this deal farmers across Kenya get access to insurance products from DDFinance. During the last month, the DDFinance team in Kenya has been visiting four farming cooperatives along with We Effect. With Life- and Hospital Cash Insurance from DDFinance, these farmers – and their families – gets a financial safety net in case of sickness or death.
About We Effect
We Effect is a Swedish NGO established in 1958, with operations in over 20 countries. In East Africa, they focus on sustainable rural development and adequate housing, through cooperatives. Their work is strengthening the ability of smallholder coffee, milk, and forest farmers to adopt sustainable farming methods, provide food for their families, and live off the sale of their products.
